BPA retreat client Claire Lewis gathered family and friends together for her book launch at the Bluebird Cafe last night. Set in the Caribbean, She’s Mine is a gripping psychological thriller about a stolen child that Claire started while on the Faber Academy “Writing your Novel” six month course. It explores issues of sibling rivalry, loss of identity and betrayal. Published by Aria, it’s available as an ebook and in paperback from Amazon.

Several of her fellow Faber alumni attended the book launch including BPA clients Kara White, Claire Shiells and Neil Taylor.

In October 2018 Claire attended our retreat at Asthall Manor where she worked on her follow up novel. She spent time in the graveyard at Asthall Church soaking up the atmosphere for the setting of the story. Happily the sun shone for most of the week and Asthall Church looks gorgeous in the sunshine. A number of Mitfords are buried there as well as at Swinbrook Church in the next door village.

Claire is represented by Hayley Steed at Madeleine Milburn agency.
