Samantha Eades is an award-winning publisher, editor, and publicist with 20 years of experience shaping commercial fiction bestsellers. She has held senior roles at three of the Big Five UK publishing houses and most recently led the Orion Fiction team. Samantha now brings her expertise to BPA as an editor.

Phoebe Morgan is author of five psychological thrillers and Publishing Director at Hodder and Stoughton, working on crime, thrillers, women’s fiction and romantasy. Her substack, The Honest Editor, gives great insight into the editorial world.

Together, Samantha and Phoebe will offer an insider’s view of the publishing industry, sharing practical advice on navigating the market while staying true to your unique voice as a writer.
